Monday...Monday

Getting out of bed at 5 this morning was difficult. I think I may have actually took a nap during my spin session.

2 hour spin - Z2 endurance

Energy picked up throughout the day. I'm telling you, power naps on the bike will do that!
My quads hurt, more specifically my right quad. I can feel an imbalance. I rolled a lot today, I hope it feels better tomorrow.

Evening swim -

500 warm up

Drills
2 x 200 - 50 A-ok, 50 fist, 5 karate, 50 free; 20

1 x 50 one arm catch up; 10
1 x 50 high elbow finger drag; 10
repeat 1 x

Main Set
1 x 200 - first 100 fast/hard - 100 easy (positive split);20
1 x 200 - first 50 easy - 100 hard/fast 0 50 easy (even split);20
1 x 200 - first 100 easy - 100 hard/fast (just how I like it!)(negative split); 20
repeat a total of 3 x

200 cool down

Total yardage = 3300
