Sometimes I just don't know what to put here

Morning - Aqua run - 75 mins

15 min warm up
10 x 25 yard sprints ; 20 sec recovery
20 min easy "run"
10 x 25 yard sprints ; 20 sec recovery
15 cool down

7 x 500s; 8:15s - 30 sec rests
