This is it....

I've put in the time
I've put in the energy
I've put in the passion

I'm in well rested and in good health. I'm surrounded by amazing athlete's and many, many supportive friends and above all my kickass moma. I couldn't ask a better way to go into an Ironman.

Now all I can do is go out there, smile big and give it my all and hope that the luck of the race Gods are with me.
