AM Swim

Warm up

Drills
1 x 150 paddles
2 x 25 kickboard
1 x 150 buoy
2 x 25 kickboard
4 x 50 one arm catch up 25 down/return 25 high elbow finger drag

Main Set (if you call it that)
1 x 1000 - comfortable pace 17:35

1 x 100 cool down

Total yardage - 2,000

Evening Spin - 45 mins
Low watts nice and easy high cadence spin

Spent the rest of the night packing.....after work tomorrow I'll be on my way.
