Run was pretty non-eventful which IMO is a good thing. Ran with good company. Forgot my HR strap at home so I just ran with what felt easy. Ended up just over 22 miles on a hilly trail. Felt good at the start, during the middle and having Devin beat me at the last 1/2 mile sprint. Damn long legged men!
I lost another 3/4 of a lb today :( This brings me total down 6.25 lbs - thus far it hasn't affected my performance but know if it continues on it will. I don't know what to do. I'm drinking a ton and taking in extra electrolytes along with saltier food. I'm at an all time weight low :( Go away heat!
Good night world - I'm off to bed by 9pm on a Saturday night - can you say disciplined? I've got to get up at 5am to get another loooooong brick in. I think a salt stick and a glass of yogi time tea will be a nice night cap.
