This workout was a challenge. Ladders are always a mindf**** IMO.

PM Run
2 loops - 6 miles out side the Nike campus - 7:40 avg
Avg HR 178/Max HR 189

I've been sticking to the Nike outer perimeter lately. It's close to home and easy to add or cut short mileage depending on how my foot/calf feels. Tonight my legs turned into wings and I flew. From a muscular standpoint I felt great, cardio on the other hand was a nightmare. For the life of me I could not get my HR down. Damn you Sudafed, damn you to hell! I had to stop several times as I felt my asthma kicking in and I forgot to take my inhaler prior and didn't have it on me. I figured allowing myself a few extra seconds of rest to get my breathing under control was better than passing out on the side walk in the dark due to an asthma attack.

Today was a challenging daily double.
