For every negative there is a positive

AM Spin - 90 mins

15 min warm up
10 x :30 one legged drills

20 x 1:00 Z5+ intervals (210-230w) w/ 2:00 floats

5 min cool down

These were not as hard as I had anticipated them to be....not saying that by number 17 it wasn't a struggle.
I have found myself to be physically stronger when faced w/ emotional adversity.....oh I was just REALLY high of Sudafed. Damn allergies!
