Wednesday 75 min moderate/time trial spin
20 mins moderate pace (HR-160-170)
20 mine time trial "Race Pace", flat high cadence HR 170-180)
30 mins moderate pace (HR-168-175)
This spin sucked ass. My energy felt tapped and an hour post workout I feel sick and weak. This is not a good feeling.
