I had a pretty long weekend and my body wasn't really feeling me today. Sleep was non-existent :(
Evening Spin - 90 mins
20 min easy - 140-150 watts
20 mins moderate 150-160
repeat 2 X (second moderate repeat I was able to push 160-170 w/out pain in my leg, yay!)
10 min easy
Iced, rolled and iced again
