The last day of my build period and I'm all tuckered out. I woke up stiff and with a sinus headache. My calf felt much better than yesterday - thanks Don! But my heel hurt. I'm tired of walking the line with this thing. I'm going to look into graston and see if it could help my problem, but until then
1 hour aqua run - blah! This hurt. It was really difficult to get my HR up today. I just didn't have the energy to work the fast twitch. Water resistance is a B****. At the end my hamstrings and upper body were very sore.
Followed up with a swim that hurt my already sore upper body.

Yay for recovery week- mine too ;). Graston (along with strength training) took care of my plantar fasciitis a couple years ago after I struggled with it for several months. I've had it on the SI area and achilles too. Works wonders.
