Nothing clever

500 warm up - 8:40

Drills
1 x 250 paddles
2 x 25 kickboard
1 x 250 buoy
2 x 25 kickboard
repeat 1 x

1 x 150 - 50 a-ok, 50 fist, 50 karate
3 x 50 - one arm catch up/high elbow finger drag

Main Set
3 x 500 - (100H, 50E, 100H, 50E, 100H, 50E, 50H); 90 - 8:25, 8:25, 8:34

Cool down - 1 x 200

Total yardage - 3700

I thought being out of the pool for a week I'd be refreshed and fast...not so much. I had motivation and desire to go fast but my coordination was lacking. Today was a great example of how flip turns go wrong. Yet again, I ran into the wall 2 x. No more Sangria the night before swim!
