I got up at 5am to attempt to spin. Got on the bike and took it easy. Immediately I felt pain, tried to back down the wattage, that didn't help, 90 watts hurt. Do you know how pathetic 90 watts is? I got right off and went back to bed. Another forced recover day. I'm still walking with a limp. My stupid insurance can't get me into an orthopedist until 3/6. That's a f&^$ing month a way, by then I'll have rolled the scar tissue out. I need a shot for the damn inflammation.
This is so demoralizing. I wish this misery would go away.

I hate being injured. Good thing is it is the start of the season. Take some time off, recover and you will be good as new. Good luck.
I can sense your frustration - maybe this is a good time to spend some time doing other things you enjoy and let yourself recover. I hope you get better soon.
Any chance they could find a place say a bit further away (like up in Seattle)? May be worth the journey if it can be done earlier.
Sorry to hear things aren't going so well...does it hurt in the pool? Can you work on becoming an Olympic swimmer in the meantime? :) I hope the body starts patching itself soon so you can back into the Kit Kat regime...
