I can't recall the last night I've had a solid 8 hours of sleep, it's starting to take a toll on me.
90 min Z2 spin. I think I took a power tap on the trainer, I was rudely awoken to a suspense scene in LOST. That damn music, so loud and creepy.
Max watts 175, avg watts 146
HR stayed at a nice low 141 avg - hence why I was able to sleep :)

I don't want to sound like your Tyler Durden, but regular sleep is for regular folk - the ones waking with a dog, a spouse, and 2.3 kids to slog through another worthless morning so they can punch in eight hours plus the commute through traffic just to get home to the dull roar of another day ending, replete with cheap take out dinner and dull TV that lulls you into another seven hours of sleep.
Yes, you must rest. But why live on your neighbor's schedule? Sleep or rest when you're tired, hit the wheel, road or water when you're not. Eat when you're hungry. Set your own schedule. F those people who conform to the standards of John and Jane Public, the people standing with you at the starting line with that far-away look in their eye, wondering if they forgot to unplug their crimping iron.
I haven't had "regular" sleep in weeks, and have never felt better.
