15 min moderate spin (HR 160-182) (Started out strong. My muscles felt recovered and energized, only took 2-3 mins to get my HR on traget)
*2 min time trial (HR 183-189) (Ouch, that hurt just a bit)
12 min moderate spin (HR 160-182) (Keeping my HR up after the time trial was cake, it was actually hard trying to get it down around 175)
**2 min time trial (HR 183-189) (K, this one hurt too!)
12 min moderate spin (HR 160-182) (Wow, this is starting to feel long....snacking on a PowerBar inbetween tempos, keeping energy levels high and alive)
***2 min time trial (HR 183-189) (Mother of God!)
13 min moderate spin (HR 160-182) (This was actually refreshing, I think the PowerBar energy was starting to kick in)
****2 min time trial (HR 183-189) (Amen, last one! It was hard to get my HR up to 183, took about 30 sec. longer and I was only able to maintain it at 185 unlike the past three which all stayed at 188)
15 min moderate spin (HR 160-182) (Yay, last 15 minutes to spin out )
Kick ass tempo spin, I'm happy.
On a flip side I have nasty hurtful acid reflux from the anaerobic training.
